The Fethiye Municipality has added 12 new vehicles to its fleet to increase its service capacity. It was announced that the vehicles, which were unveiled at an event held at the municipal workshop, will be actively used in the operations of departments throughout the district.
The vehicles added to the fleet include 3 large dump trucks, 1 water tanker, 2 passenger cars, 1 truck with a crane, 1 small dump truck, 2 transit vehicles, 1 tractor, and 1 motorcycle.
Fethiye Mayor Alim Karaca stated, “We continue to strengthen our municipal fleet. Since the day we took office, our goal has been to expand the municipality’s own resources and permanently strengthen our fleet rather than relying on vehicle rentals. As a result of the efforts we have carried out with this approach, we have added 12 new vehicles—including trucks, pickup trucks, a tractor, and passenger vehicles—to our fleet. We are continuing our efforts to deliver faster, more effective, and more efficient services to every neighborhood in Fethiye. May this be a blessing for our city of Fethiye,” he said.
