Heavy rain in Datça: The sea turned brown in Palamutbükü

While heavy rain disrupted daily life in the Datça district of Muğla, the sea in Palamutbükü turned brown.

Due to the downpour that began in the afternoon in Datça and continued intermittently, puddles formed on some roads and sidewalks.

Sediment and mud carried by streams, whose flow increased with the downpour, mixed with the sea at the Palamutbükü shore. The color of the sea turned brown.
