The clubs from which the athletes playing for the Muğla Provincial Team hailed included Bodrum Gündoğan Spor, Köyceğiz Göl Spor, MY Bozüyükspor, Mikroman Maden Ege Yıldızları SK, and Muğla Hokey SK. This composition also demonstrates that hockey in Muğla has spread across the districts rather than being confined to a single center.
