Umrah Pilgrimage Begins with Prayers in Fethiye

A group that set out early this morning from the Çamköy Indoor Marketplace for a 15-day Umrah pilgrimage was sent off with prayers. Led by Şaban Güngörmez, the imam of the Çamköy Hatipler Mosque, the group of about 11 people set out to perform their religious duties in the holy lands. Neighborhood residents and relatives bid the Umrah pilgrims farewell with tears and prayers, wishing them a safe journey.
